Empowering Black and racialized women, femmes, and non-binary youth to lead with confidence, creativity, and purpose.

Young Black and Femme Collective is an initiative of the Canadian Women of Colour Leadership Network.
Who we are
We are a youth-led collective based in Ottawa, creating safe and affirming spaces where Black and racialized women, femmes, and non-binary youth (ages 18–30) can explore identity, grow professionally, and build community.
At Young, Black and Femme Collective, we believe that empowerment comes from within, and that peer support, mentorship, and leadership opportunities can transform lives and communities.
